Abstract
The embodiment of the present invention provides a kind of wireless transmitter/receiver unit WTRU for multi radio access technology RAT access MRA operations and the method performed by WTRU.The WTRU includes：Non-Access Stratum NAS functions, it is configured to be communicated with the NAS functions of core network；Transceiver and processor, it is configured in the first RAT first community, receive radio resource control RRC and reconfigure message, radio resource control RRC reconfigures the information that message includes being communicated with the 2nd RAT second community, wherein, the first RAT is used for mobile management；And the transceiver and the processor are further configured to the essentially simultaneously first community from the first RAT and the second community of the 2nd RAT receives shunting business.
