Method and equipment for layer 2 (L2) measurement

Abstract

The invention relates to wireless communication technology field especially claims a method and device for L2 measuring for simultaneously aggregating resources of multiple base station under the condition that the UE performs L2 measurement. A method for performing layer L2 measurement method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: HeNB L2 is measured to obtain a first measurement result and a second measurement result of receiving slave base station SeNB for L2 measured according to the first measurement result and the second measurement result the measurement result processing operation. Because the invention embodiment the HeNB to L2 to measure the first measurement result and the second measurement result received slave station SeNB for L2. The obtained by measuring the first measurement result and the second measurement result the measurement result processing operation can perform L2 measurement to aggregation resource of multiple base station under the condition that the UE at the same time.
