Abstract  Abstract

In embodiment, user equipment (UE) can be in the backstage indicator for running one or more background applications and not running the background mode that activity is applied about the UE to evolution node B (eNB) transmission. The eNB can receive backstage indicator from multiple UE, and can gather the background mode UE in one scheduling request (SR) distribution block. The different resource unit in block can be assigned to each UE, transmit SR indicator (for example, if UE has data to be sent to eNB) on the different resource unit.Compared to activity pattern UE, the eNB can extend the period between the SR distribution of background mode UE.In some embodiments, the UE can be distributed exclusively with assigned SR to replace random access channel, and to notify the eNB: the UE has data to send.
