Abstract  Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a data transmission scheduling and data transmission method and equipment, relates to the field of wireless communication and is used for reducing system signaling overhead. In the invention, a network side generates a DCI comprising an indication information domain. The indication information domain carries indication information for sending data on the designated resource of a D2D link by a sending terminal and indication formation for receiving the data on the designated resource of the D2D link by a receiving terminal. An RNTI used for scheduling group communication or broadcast communication is utilized to scramble the generated DCI, and the DCI scrambled by the RNTI is sent. After the terminal detects the DCI, confirmation of the sending terminal or the receiving terminal is performed according to the indication information in the DCI. If the terminal is the sending terminal, the data are sent to the receiving terminal on the designated resource of the D2D link. If the terminal is the receiving terminal, the data are received on the designated resource of the D2D link. The system signaling overhead is effectively reduced by the scheme.
