Abstract  Abstract

claims a method and WTRU used in the network node and implemented in the WTRU the method comprising: the network node from a first wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) receives an indication requesting the second WTRU to participate in combination with a first WTRU in the circuit switch (CS) and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) session in a session initiation protocol (SIP) invite message between the first WTRU and the second WTRU combined CS and IMS session comprises at the second WTRU CS call and PS session at the second WTRU. and at the first WTRU of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) call by the IP network node communicating with the second WTRU to establish the combined CS and IMS session and network node sending the SIP OK message to the first WTRU SIP OK message indicates that the second WTRU has received combined CS and IMS session.
