It is envisaged for and the wireless transmitter/receiver unit of wireless communication (WTRU), this wireless network can comprise base station (or base node) and can be in the community of park mode.Described WTRU can determine that described WTRU may be in the adjacent area of described community, and can generate the report containing the one or more measurements relevant to the position of described WTRU.This report can be sent to described network by described WTRU, and can receive the instruction performing the one or more measurements relevant to described community.Can the described one or more measurement relevant to described community based on the Common Pilot Channel (CPICH) that can be transmitted by described community when obtaining the order from base node, synchronizing channel (SCH) and/or broadcast channel (Primary Common Control Physical Channel) (BCH? P-CCPCH).
