Abstract  Abstract

The invention discloses a transmission method for response information a base station and user equipment (UE) which are used for improving system performance and reducing the expenditure on system resources. the method comprises: user terminal UE determines K-bit response information to be fed the UE determines M candidate channel resources the M candidate channel resources including L dynamic channel resources and N semi-static channel resources where: M = (L + N) N is not less than 0 and not more than M (M-N) = L = M and M L and N are integers and the UE from the M candidate channel resources and selecting at least one channel resources and selects identification information to characterize the response information to be fed back identification information; the UE on the each selected channel resource transmitting the selected to characterize the response information to be fed back identification information. With the adoption of the technical scheme disclosed by the invention the system performance and the system throughput are improved to a certain extent meanwhile the expenditure on the system resources is reduced.
