Abstract  Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for coordinating inter-cell interference. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring sub-frame configuration information of neighbor cells judging whether the neighbor cells are positioned on the same sub-frame or not and whether transmission in different directions is configured or not; and if the neighbor cells are positioned on the same sub-frame and the transmission in the different directions is configured coordinating the interference between the neighbor cells according to the acquired data transmission related information of the neighbor cells on the same sub-frame. By the method and the device the transmission in the different directions on the same time resource can be performed between the neighbor cells of a time division duplexing (TDD) base station and the mutual interference is avoided in an interference coordination mode; and the situation that the different cells cannot adapt to the service requirements of the cells when forced to use the same sub-frame configuration in the traditional TDD interference coordinating method is avoided.
