Method and device for acquiring information for cell reselection

Abstract

The invention claims a method and a device for obtaining cell reselection information. The method can be as follows: an access network in a 2G or 3G system calculates the cell reselection information of a mobile terminal according to a subscribing type indication of the mobile terminal from a core network and sends the cell reselection information to the mobile terminal. The method also can be as follows: the core network calculates the cell reselection information of the mobile terminal according to the subscribing type indication of the mobile terminal and transparently transmits the cell reselection information to the mobile terminal through the access network. The method also can be as follows: the mobile terminal receives the subscribing type indication transmitted by the core network through the access network and calculates the cell reselection information according to the subscribing type indication. Therefore the invention provides a plurality of technical solutions for the mobile terminal to obtain the cell reselection information. The handover information transmission and the handover technical solution show the cell handover control under the coexistence of the service handover cell and the subscribing type.
