The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for determining uplink transmission power in a time division duplex system which comprises the following steps that: a base station determines the distribution mode of a current uplink sub-frame and a current downlink sub-frame to acquire frame corresponding information corresponding to the distribution mode of the uplink sub-frame and the downlink sub-frame; according to the frame corresponding information the downlink sub-frame is selected to send a power control (TPC) command corresponding to the uplink sub-frame to a terminal; the terminal determines the distribution mode of the current uplink sub-frame and the current downlink sub-frame before using the uplink sub-frame to transmit data so as to acquire the frame corresponding information corresponding to the distribution mode of the uplink sub-frame and the downlink sub-frame and determines the downlink sub-frame which sends the TPC command according to the frame corresponding information; and the TPC command received from the downlink sub-frame is acquired and according to the TPC command the power for the uplink sub-frame to transmit data is determined according to the TPC command. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a system and a device for time division duplex data transmission. By adopting the method the system and the device the TPC command can be sent and received according to the frame corresponding information in the time division duplex system thus the uplink power control can be performed correctly and effectively.
