The invention discloses a business time division multiplexing method and a business time division multiplexing system, and a method of a transport service and a device of the transport service. The invention is used for solving a problem that in the situation of a plurality of business time division multiplexing in current technology, a base station cannot effectively informs sending time of a plurality of businesses and length of cyclic prefix of each subframe. The business time division multiplexing method of the invention comprises: selecting part of or all wireless frames in one time unit as particular wireless frames; selecting part of or all subframes in the particular wireless frames as particular subframes for sending a particular business; the particular business is a multimedia broadcast multicast business, or a singlecast business, or one or a plurality of businesses which is transported in a multimedia broadcast multicast way. The invention is used for transporting a plurality of businesses in the time division multiplexing way, and informing the sending time of a plurality of businesses and the length of the cyclic prefix of each subframe, so that a user terminal can exactly know which business a subframe is used for and correctly process demodulation.
