The invention claims an ACK/NACK method applied to mobile station MS feedback wireless link control receiving state of RLC data blocks comprising: whether the MS judges whether uplink has temporary block flow TBF if it is through uplink RLC/MAC data block carrying the short ACK/NACK acknowledgement NACK information feedback of downlink RLC data block receiving condition.
