Abstract  Abstract

This invention claims an ACK/NACK method for mobile station MS to feed back receive situation of ration link control RLC/media access control data block. The method includes following step MS judges whether uplink has temporary block flow TBF if it has TBF carry short acknowledge ACK/not acknowledge NACK message by uplink RLC/MAC data block and feed back receive situation of downlink RLC/MAC data block. The ACK/NACK method supplied in this method has instantaneity of event driving ACK/NACK method it does not need to distribute independent uplink radio block for ACK/NACK message when there is uplink TBF and it can improve usable bandwidth of uplink TBF.
