Abstract
transmitter generates and transmits a low rate signal to its intended receiver. When receiving the low rate signal the intended receiver generates and transmits a channel sounding response (CSR) the channel sounding response is a scheduled transmitting format and carrying scheduled information of a short burst. transmitter then analyzes the channel CSR and decides the uplink channel response on estimating the lower chain channel response and the analysis and lower chain response estimation is decided based on the appropriate transmission parameter setting. The transmission parameter in media access control or physical layer or the combination of the two is adjusted. According to the decision transmitting setup to adjust the transmitting parameter and modulating the sub-carrier with user data after the transmitter transmits the user data to receiver at the better frequency width part. In a preferred embodiment the transmitter also generates and transmits the decided transmitting parameter setup comprises the subcarrier wave modulating information of the transmission format control (TFC) to the transmitter.
