Abstract  Abstract

METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR PROCESSING RETURN SYSTEM OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATION. A method and apparatus for processing feedback implemented in a cell transmission/reception unit (WTRU) comprises estimating a channel matrix. The effective channel is calculated and a preconding matrix is selected. Feedback bits are generated and transmitted. The feedback bits are non-differential or differential comment or a combination of them or the return signal is a binary bit alone or in combination with the não-diferencail feedback.

A method and apparatus for processing feedback implemented in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprises estimating a channel matrix. The effective channel is calculated and a precoding matrix is selected. Feedback bits are generated and transmitted.
