Abstract  Abstract

A base station device notifies a mobile station of notification information as information relating to the maximum transmission power of the mobile station and the mobile station performs up-link transmission based on the information relating to the maximum transmission power of the mobile station in the notification information. In the case where a request to leak power to the adjacent systems is severe the maximum transmission power of the mobile station can be controlled to be reduced and in the case where a request to the leak power to the adjacent systems is not severe the maximum transmission power of the mobile station can be controlled not to be reduced. Thus based on an area where the mobile communication system is applied and various circumstances an interference quantity to the adjacent systems can be flexibly reduced.
